A bunch of us in my degree class are getting together to make an anthology comic to sell at ThoughtBubble in November. I really need to get moving on mine, which is what I’ll be spending this weekend doing, actually. I’m hoping to be able to use this 2page comic I’ll be doing as the first part of my negotiated study brief for this semester, which will basically be me making lots of random short comics based on the weird goings on in my brain. Sort of like art therapy I suppose, but officially it’s me working out what kinds of stories I want to tell. The main thing that’ll be tying the comics together will be the characters, as I’m hoping to use the Cranes sort of as the Jay and Silent Bob to my Kevin Smith. Only most likely less funny and not as well executed.

OMG! I THOUGHT that guy looked like Mal.. but wasn't Mal... When I read the description there I understood! Hehe!
